These terms cover the use of this website and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you
accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may
decline an order — and refund it in full if it was prepaid — where an item is out of stock, where a
price or description was published in error, where an address cannot be confirmed, or where the order appears
fraudulent.

Prices, quantities and product information

Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect an order already
confirmed. Piece counts, dimensions and materials are taken from the manufacturer specification for each item and
are stated on the product page. Handmade pieces — mosaic holders, hand finished metalware — vary
slightly from one to the next by their nature, and colour on a screen is not a colour standard.

Delivery dates

Delivery estimates are what our carriers commit to, not a guarantee, and we do not guarantee arrival by a
particular festival date. The shipping page explains how to count backwards from a date you need; an order placed
too late for its own deadline is not a fault we can put right after the fact.

Delivery, returns and payment

Delivery times, shipping charges and the reporting window for transit damage are set out in the
Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the
Return and Refund Policy, cancellations by the
Cancellation Policy, and accepted payment methods by the
Payment Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Use of this website

The text, layout and product descriptions on this site were written for it and belong to S.S. Decor.
You may not copy them for commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised
access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Safety and liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods described, in the condition described, and for putting right a
damaged, faulty, short or wrongly supplied item as set out in the return policy. We are a retailer and not the
manufacturer. Several items here are used near an open flame or run on mains electricity; use them as the maker
intends, keep paper and fabric decorations away from diyas, and do not leave a lit flame unattended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at
Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Tax

Not registered for GST — a small online retailer whose turnover stays under the applicable
registration threshold in India. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number
is issued. The listed price is the amount payable.
