Most questions here are really about two things: will it arrive in time, and how many do I need.
The figures below are the same ones used everywhere else on this site.

Buying for a festival

How far ahead should I order?

Add packing (1-2 business days) to delivery (3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere) and work
backwards from the day you want it up. Then add a few days on top for festival week, when the courier network is
at its busiest. Ordering three days before Diwali and expecting it to arrive is the single most common
disappointment in this category, and we would rather say so than take the order quietly.

How many garlands does a doorway need?

A standard doorway takes four to six five-foot strands to look full rather than thin; a mandap takes many
times that. Send us the measurement and we will give you a number. There is no charge for asking and no
obligation to order.

Will artificial garlands last more than one season?

Yes, if they are stored coiled rather than folded and kept out of direct sun. That is the argument for
artificial over fresh: the doorway looks the same on day five as on day one, and the same set comes out next
year.

Materials and safety

Can I use a real diya in these holders?

In the metal ones, yes — metal takes the heat and cleans up. Resin and wooden holders are for tealights
in their own metal cups, not for loose ghee or oil. Each listing names the material.

Are the flameless candles safe near cloth?

That is exactly what they are for. An LED candle on a pooja shelf next to a chunari gives the look without the
risk. They run on batteries; check what each listing includes.

Can the signs and banners go outside?

Under a covered porch, yes. In open rain, no. Painted wood lifts at the edges within a season and fabric
banners stain. Nothing on this site is rated for full weather exposure and we do not claim otherwise.

The autumn and pumpkin pieces

Why are they in an Indian decor shop?

Because that is genuinely what is in stock. Those were designed abroad around a harvest theme. We describe
them by what they look like — warm-toned cushion covers, textured runners, interchangeable signs —
rather than by a holiday nobody here keeps. Several of them work perfectly well as year-round pieces.

Delivery, returns and money

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed in 1-2 business days. Delivery is 3-6 business days door to door
to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere in India. Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that.

What if something arrives broken?

Glass and metal travel boxed, but couriers are couriers. Write in within 48 hours of
delivery with photographs of the carton and the piece, and we replace it or refund it.

How long do I have to return something?

10 days from delivery, unused and in the original packing. Full conditions are on the
Return and Refund Policy page.

How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods on this site. We do not accept cards, net banking,
wallets or EMI, and we never ask for card details over the phone or by email.

Tax

Is GST added on top?

No. Registration under GST becomes compulsory only past a turnover limit set in India, and this shop
has not reached it, so we are not registered. Nothing labelled GST is added on top of a listed price, and no GST
tax invoice with a registration number can be raised — what the product page shows is what you pay.
